Our Salon Policies

Your appointment confirms that you have read and agreed to the following policies.

Booking

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments.
  • Deposits are applied toward your service total.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.

Hair Preparation

  • Hair must arrive clean, dry, and free of heavy oils or product, unless otherwise instructed.
  • Additional preparation may result in an extra service fee.

Payments

  • Full payment is due at the completion of your appointment.
  • We accept cash and most major electronic payment methods.

Service Satisfaction

  • If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 72 hours.
  • We are happy to correct workmanship-related concerns.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Guests & Children

  • Due to limited space, only scheduled clients should attend appointments unless prior approval has been given.

Health & Safety

  • Please notify us before your appointment of any scalp conditions, allergies, or infections.
  • Services may be declined if they pose a health or safety concern.

Photos

  • We may photograph completed styles for our portfolio and social media.
  • Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
