Our Salon Policies
Your appointment confirms that you have read and agreed to the following policies.
Booking
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments.
- Deposits are applied toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.
Hair Preparation
- Hair must arrive clean, dry, and free of heavy oils or product, unless otherwise instructed.
- Additional preparation may result in an extra service fee.
Payments
- Full payment is due at the completion of your appointment.
- We accept cash and most major electronic payment methods.
Service Satisfaction
- If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 72 hours.
- We are happy to correct workmanship-related concerns.
- Refunds are not provided for completed services.
Guests & Children
- Due to limited space, only scheduled clients should attend appointments unless prior approval has been given.
Health & Safety
- Please notify us before your appointment of any scalp conditions, allergies, or infections.
- Services may be declined if they pose a health or safety concern.
Photos
- We may photograph completed styles for our portfolio and social media.
- Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
